When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Or in some cases, the tough get told to bugger off. The selectors have made plenty of difficult decisions over the last six months. Paul Collingwood, who was captain during the T20s, was left out of Sunday’s ODI team (wow, a batsman actually dropped?!).
